Tasks Scheduler

This screen allows users to schedule loads to run on a specific date and time.

Screen access

To access the "Tasks Scheduler" screen:

  1. Access the "Tasks" option on the side menu.
  2. Select the "Tasks Scheduler" option.

Register a new schedule

To register a new schedule:

  1. Select the “+ New” option in the top-left corner of the page.
  2. Fill in the following information:
    • Description: name for this schedule
    • Task model: task model to be used for this schedule. Task models can be managed on the “Task Standard” page.
    • Days of the Month: days of the month on which the schedule should run.
    • Days of the Week: days of the week on which the schedule should run.
    • Months: months in which the schedule should run.
    • Hours: hour(s) at which the schedule will run on the selected days and months.
    • Minutes: minute(s) within the selected hour(s) at which the schedule will run.
  3. Select the “Confirm” option.

The registered schedule will be immediately available in the system.

Edit a schedule

To edit an existing schedule:

  1. Select the “Pencil” icon (✎) on the right side of the item.
  2. Make the necessary changes on the editing page.
  3. Select the “Confirm” option.

Disable a schedule

To disable an existing schedule:

  1. Select the “Disable” icon (⊘) on the right side of the item.
  2. The system will update the item status to disabled.

If you need to enable the schedule again, select the “Green Check” icon (✓) on the right side of the item.
