Tasks Control Panel

This screen allows users to monitor task execution and verify task status, registration date, start date, end date, and results.

Screen access

To access the " Tasks Control Panel" screen:

1. Access the "Tasks" option on the side menu.
2. Select the " Tasks Control Panel" option.

Status and filters

Tasks can have seven possible statuses:

• Waiting: The load was sent to the queue but has not started processing yet.

• Processing: The load has started processing.

• Canceled: The load generation was canceled by the system. Please try to generate the load again.

• Successfully finished: The load generation was completed successfully, and the user can download it in the app.

• Finished with error on generation: The load generation process ended with an error and must be analyzed by support. Please contact the Landix team.

• Finished with server reset cause: The system could not complete the load because the server restarted. Please try to generate the load again.

• Charges produced but not sent to the LMMS: The load was successfully generated but was not sent to the server. Please contact the Landix team for further analysis.
