Task Standard

This screen allows users to manage task models used in task schedules.

Screen access

To access the "Task Standard" screen:

1. Access the "Tasks" option on the side menu.
2. Select the "Task Standard" option.

Register a new model

To register a new model:

1. Select the “+ New” option in the top-left corner of the page.
2. Fill in the following information:
   • Description: name of the model.
   • Task type: load.
   • Generation format: script by step.
   • Number of days to add (optional): default value is 0 (zero). It is possible to generate loads for future dates by considering the current date plus the number specified in this field.

   IMPORTANT

   The system stores only one load per user. Loads can be generated for future dates (for example, a load generated today can only be valid 4 days from now). In this case, it will not be possible to view the data in the system before its valid date.

   • Routes: select the routes you want to include in this model.
3. Select the “Confirm” option.

Edit a model

To edit an existing model:

1. Select the “Pencil” icon (✎) on the right side of the item.
2. Make the necessary changes on the editing page.
3. Select the “Confirm” option.

Disable a model

To disable an existing model:

1. Select the “Disable” icon (⊘) on the right side of the item.
2. The system will update the item status to disabled.

If you need to enable the model again, select the “Green Check” icon (✓) on the right side of the item.
