Survey Model

This screen allows users to manage survey models used in Waves.

A survey model is a group of coverages that defines which customers will be included in a Wave. By default, coverage is based on routes. Therefore, each coverage corresponds to a specific route, and the customers assigned to that coverage are those associated with the route in the database.

The relationship between routes and customers, as well as the definition of coverages, can only be managed directly in the database. If you need to modify these relationships or coverage definitions, you must provide the updated data to the Landix team, who will perform the necessary updates.

Screen access

To access the " Survey Model" screen:

1. Access the "Survey Configuration" option on the side menu.
2. Select the "Survey Model" option.

Register a new survey model

To register a new survey model:

1. Select the “+ New Survey Model” option in the top-left corner of the page.
2. Fill in the following information:
   • Description: name of the survey model.
   • Coverage: select the coverage(s) you want to include in this survey model.
3. Select the “Confirm” option.

Edit a survey model

To edit an existing survey model:

1. Select the “Pencil” icon (✎) on the right side of the item.
2. Make the necessary changes on the editing page.
3. Select the “Confirm” option.
