SKU Scope

This screen allows users to manage SKU scopes to be used in Waves. A SKU Scope is a group of SKUs that will be included in the survey steps/questions.

Screen access

To access the "SKU Scope" screen:

  1. Access the "Survey Configuration" option on the side menu.
  2. Select the "SKU Scope" option.

Register a new scope

To register a new SKU Scope:

  1. Select the “+ New Scope” option in the top-left corner of the page.
  2. Fill in the following information:
    • Description: name of the scope.
    • Manufacturer: select the bottler(s) that you want to include in the scope
    • Channel: select the customer channel(s) you want to include in the scope
    • Based in the bottlers selected, select all the products you want to include in the scope for each bottler.
  3. Select the “Generate Scope” option.
  4. Select which products will appear on which channels.
  5. Select the “Confirm” option.

After registering a new scope, it is possible to view all products and channels selected in the “Information” option (ⓘ).

Edit a scope

To edit an existing scope:

  1. Select the “Pencil” icon (✎) on the right side of the item.
  2. Make the necessary changes on the editing page.
  3. Select the “Confirm” option.

Disable a scope

To disable an existing scope:

  1. Select the “Disable” icon (⊘) on the right side of the item.
  2. The system will update the item status to disabled.

If you need to enable the scope again, select the “Green Check” icon (✓) on the right side of the item.

IMPORTANT

A scope can only be edited or disabled if it is not associated with any Wave, or if it is associated only with Waves that have not yet started (Planned status).
