Locked Answers

This screen allows users to manage predefined answer lists used in extra questions.

Screen access

To access the "Locked Answers" screen:

1. Access the "Survey Configuration" option on the side menu.
2. Select the "Locked Answers" option.

Register a new list

To register a new list:

1. Select the “+ New list” option in the top-left corner of the page.
2. Fill in the following information:
   • Description: name of the list.
   • Answer: description of the list item.
   • Sequence: order in which the item will appear in the list.
   • Code: answer code.
3. Select “+ New Answer” to add additional answers to the list.
4. Select the “Confirm” option.

After registering a new list, you can select the “Answer” option (ⓘ) on the main page to view the list items and their display order.

Edit a list

To edit an existing list:

1. Select the “Pencil” icon (✎) on the right side of the item.
2. Make the necessary changes on the editing page.
3. Select the “Confirm” option.

Disable a list

To disable an existing list:

1. Select the “Disable” icon (⊘) on the right side of the item.
2. The system will update the item status to disabled.

If you need to enable the list again, select the “Green Check” icon (✓) on the right side of the item.
