Extra questions

This screen allows users to manage surveys extra questions.

Screen access

To access the "Extra Questions" screen:

  1. Access the "Survey Configuration" option on the side menu.
  2. Select the "Extra Questions" option.

Register a new extra question

To register a new extra question:

  1. Select the “+ New Extra Question” option in the top-left corner of the page.
  2. Fill in the following information:
    • Question: description of the question.
    • Type: Customer Data: questions displayed when registering a new customer.
    • Survey: questions displayed during the survey.
  3. Kind of question:
    • Integer: allows only whole Numbers.
    • Decimal: allows both whole and decimal numbers.
    • Date: allows only date values.
    • String: allows free-text answers.
    • Hour: allows only time values. ]
    • List: predefined list of options from which the user can select one answer in the application.
    • Boolean: allows a Yes/No answer.
  4. Required: indicates whether the question is mandatory.
  5. Select the “Confirm” option.

Edit an extra question

To edit an existing extra question:

  1. Select the “Pencil” icon (✎) on the right side of the item.
  2. Make the necessary changes on the editing page.
  3. Select the “Confirm” option.

Disable an extra question

To disable an existing extra question:

  1. Select the “Disable” icon (⊘) on the right side of the item.
  2. The system will update the item status to disabled.

If you need to enable the extra question again, select the “Green Check” icon (✓) on the right side of the item.
