Users
This screen allows users to manage system users.
Screen access
To access the "Users" screen:
- Access the "Register" option on the side menu.
- Select the "Users" option.
Create a new user
To create a new user:
- Select the “+ New” option in the top-left corner of the page.
- Fill in the following information:
- Name: user's name.
- Email (optional): user's email address.
- Login: user's login name.
- Commercial Hierarchy (optional): select the commercial hierarchy to which the user belongs.
- Password and Password confirmation:user's password.
- Profiles: select the profile assigned to the user.
- User's parent (optional): select the user to whom this user reports in the organizational hierarchy.
- Select the “Confirm” option.
Edit an existing user
To edit an existing user:
- Select the “Pencil” icon (✎) on the right side of the item.
- Make the necessary changes on the editing page.
- Select the “Confirm” option.
Change password
To change the passoword for an existing user:
- Select the “Password” icon (🔒) on the right side of the item.
- Insert the new password
- Select the “Confirm” option.
Disable a user
To disable an existing user:
- Select the “Disable” icon (⊘) on the right side of the item.
- The system will update the item status to disabled.
If you need to enable the user again, select the “Green Check” icon (✓) on the right side of the item.
