Users

This screen allows users to manage system users.

Screen access

To access the "Users" screen:

  1. Access the "Register" option on the side menu.
  2. Select the "Users" option.

Create a new user

To create a new user:

  1. Select the “+ New” option in the top-left corner of the page.
  2. Fill in the following information:
    • Name: user's name.
    • Email (optional): user's email address.
    • Login: user's login name.
    • Commercial Hierarchy (optional): select the commercial hierarchy to which the user belongs.
    • Password and Password confirmation:user's password.
    • Profiles: select the profile assigned to the user.
    • User's parent (optional): select the user to whom this user reports in the organizational hierarchy.
  3. Select the “Confirm” option.

Edit an existing user

To edit an existing user:

  1. Select the “Pencil” icon (✎) on the right side of the item.
  2. Make the necessary changes on the editing page.
  3. Select the “Confirm” option.

Change password

To change the passoword for an existing user:

  1. Select the “Password” icon (🔒) on the right side of the item.
  2. Insert the new password
  3. Select the “Confirm” option.

Disable a user

To disable an existing user:

  1. Select the “Disable” icon (⊘) on the right side of the item.
  2. The system will update the item status to disabled.

If you need to enable the user again, select the “Green Check” icon (✓) on the right side of the item.
