Routes
This screen allows users to manage routes (app users).
Screen access
To access the "Routes" screen:
- Access the "Register" option on the side menu.
- Select the "Routes" option.
Create a new route
To create a new route:
- Select the “+ New” option in the top-left corner of the page.
- Fill in the following information:
- Supervisor: user associated with this area.
- Manager: manager responsible for this area.
- Description: area name.
- Consolidation tag (optional): system tag.
- External code (optional): external identifier for the area.
- Select the “Confirm” option.
Edit an existing area
To edit an existing area:
- Select the “Pencil” icon (✎) on the right side of the item.
- Make the necessary changes on the editing page.
- Select the “Confirm” option.
Disable an area
To disable an existing area:
- Select the “Disable” icon (⊘) on the right side of the item.
- The system will update the item status to disabled.
If you need to enable the area again, select the “Green Check” icon (✓) on the right side of the item.
