Profile

This screen allows users to manage profiles, parameters and modules access.

Screen access

To access the "Profile" screen:

1. Access the "Register" option on the side menu.
2. Select the "Profile" option.

Register a new profile

To register a new profile:

1. Select the “+ New” option in the top-left corner of the page.
2. Fill in the following information:
   • Description: name of the profile.
   • Type: select the desired profile type:
     • Administrator, Director, Supervisor, Manager, and Auditor are Control Tower profiles. Different parameters and modules can be assigned to each profile type.
     • Surveyor: app user responsible for answering questions, conducting surveys, and registering new customers.
     • Rechecker: app user responsible for redoing surveys that have been assigned the “Recheck” status after being completed by a Surveyor and audited by the system.
3. Select the “Confirm” option.
4. After creating the profile, you can manage its parameters through the “Configuration” icon (⚙️) on the main page.
5. You can also manage the modules assigned to the profile through the “Modules” icon (☰) on the main page.

Edit a profile

To edit an existing profile:

1. Select the “Pencil” icon (✎) on the right side of the item.
2. Make the necessary changes on the editing page.
3. Select the “Confirm” option.

To edit the parameters of an existing profile:

1. Select the “Configuration” icon (⚙️) on the right side of the item.
2. Make the necessary changes on the editing page.
3. Go back to the main page after finishing all the changes.

To edit the modules assigned to an existing profile:

1. Select the “Modules” icon (☰) on the right side of the item.
2. Make the necessary changes on the editing page.
3. Go back to the main page after finishing all the changes.
